Honoring requests for refunds for the following reasons:
Non-delivery of book products: Before making a refund request, Rymor Publishing Group requires that you first submit a report, notifying us that you have not received your book order within the specified time provided to you. We require (15) days after the notification, to follow up with the mail or delivery service to correct the delivery problem.
Book Product not-as-described: A refund request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, we provide a book sample, on wholesale orders, and encourage each customer, to review the preview section, before purchasing on the retail site.
Wholesale book orders are manufactured on a per order basis and are, therefore, non-refundable.
